W3V3’s Player Participation Requirements

 

🏀I. Eligibility Requirements🏀

 

1.1 Age Requirement

• Players must meet the minimum age requirement established for W3V3’s events.

 

1.2 Team Registration

• All players must be listed on the team roster before the event begins.

• Any roster changes require approval from tournament staff.

 

1.3 Identification

• Players must present valid ID at check‑in (school ID, state ID, or equivalent).

 

🏀II. Physical & Safety Requirements🏀

 

2.1 Physical Readiness

• Participants must be physically capable of playing in a high‑intensity athletic event.

• Players are responsible for monitoring their own health and hydration.

 

2.2 Required Gear

• Athletic shoes with proper traction

• Appropriate sportswear

• No jewelry, metal accessories, or unsafe equipment allowed on the court

 

2.3 Safety Expectations

• Players must follow all safety instructions from staff and officials.

• Unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event.

 

2.4 Facility Policies

• All participants must follow Horton Gymnasium policies and facility rules at all times while on site.

 

🏀III. Check‑In Requirements🏀

 

3.1 Arrival Time

• Teams must check in at least 30 minutes before their first scheduled game.

• Late arrivals may forfeit their opening match.

 

3.2 Registration Confirmation

• Completion of the online registration process serves as acknowledgment of all required policies and functions as the event’s liability waiver.

 

🏀IV. Registration & Payment Requirements🏀

 

4.1 Entry Fee

• Entry fee must be paid in full to secure a team’s spot.

• Payment is processed through the official W3V3’s registration system.

 

4.2 Refund Policy

• All entry fees are non‑refundable.

 

🏀V. Conduct Requirements🏀

 

5.1 Sportsmanship

• Players must demonstrate respect toward opponents, officials, and spectators.

• Taunting, fighting, or abusive language will not be tolerated.

 

5.2 Compliance

• All players must follow event rules, staff instructions, safety guidelines, and all Horton Gymnasium facility policies.

• Violations may result in penalties or removal without refund.

6.1 Agreement to Requirements

• By registering and participating, all players agree to follow the requirements, rules, and policies of W3V3’s‑hosted events and the hosting facility.
