How do I place an order?

Add items to your cart and complete checkout using our secure payment system. You may check out as a guest or create a member account for faster future purchases.

Are product colors or sizes exact?

We do our best to display accurate colors and sizing. Minor variations may occur due to screen differences or print‑on‑demand production.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders begin processing quickly. If you need a change, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee modifications once production has started.

What items are eligible for return?

We accept returns for:

  • Damaged items

  • Misprints or manufacturing defects

  • Incorrect items received

Items must be unused and in original condition unless defective.

What items are NOT eligible for return?

  • Paid tournament registrations

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Digital products (if added in the future)

How long do I have to request a return?

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Use the Contact page and include:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (if applicable)

We’ll guide you through the next steps.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

  • We cover return shipping for defective or incorrect items.

  • Customer‑preference returns (size, color, etc.) may require you to pay return shipping.

When do I qualify for a refund?

Refunds are available for:

  • Damaged items

  • Misprints or defects

  • Incorrect items

  • Lost packages (after carrier investigation)

How long do refunds take?

Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Processing time varies by bank or payment provider.

Are tournament fees refundable?

No. Paid tournament registrations are non‑refundable under all circumstances.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on:

  • Carrier

  • Destination

  • Seasonal volume

Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout when available.

 

Do you provide tracking?

Yes. Tracking information is provided when available.
Some carriers may take 24–48 hours to update tracking.

 

What if my package is marked delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Contact us. We will help start a carrier investigation.

 

What if I entered the wrong address?

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If the address is incorrect:

  • Delivery is not guaranteed
